1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using StoreStudio, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

StoreStudio reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create a vendor account on StoreStudio.

You must provide accurate and truthful information during registration.

One person may operate one vendor account. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent limits or bans is prohibited.

3. Vendor Accounts & Shops

As a vendor, you are responsible for all content you upload including product names, descriptions, images, and pricing.

Your shop receives a unique URL (e.g., storestudio.in/business/your-shop). This URL is assigned based on your shop slug and may change if you change your slug.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. StoreStudio is not liable for unauthorized access due to compromised passwords.

StoreStudio reserves the right to suspend or deactivate shops that violate these terms, contain inappropriate content, or engage in fraudulent activity.

4. Prohibited Content & Activities

You may not list illegal products or services.

You may not upload copyrighted images or content that you do not own or have permission to use.

You may not use StoreStudio for selling counterfeit, pirated, or stolen goods.

You may not use misleading product descriptions, fake pricing, or deceptive practices.

You may not upload adult content, hate speech, discriminatory material, or content that promotes violence.

You may not attempt to scrape, reverse engineer, or interfere with StoreStudio's systems.

StoreStudio reserves the right to remove any content that violates these terms without prior notice.

5. Subscriptions & Payments

StoreStudio offers free and paid subscription plans. Pricing details are available on our pricing page.

Paid subscriptions are processed through Razorpay. All payments are in Indian Rupees (INR).

Subscriptions are non-refundable once activated. If you cancel, your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period.

If your subscription expires, your shop will go offline but your data (products, images, settings) will be preserved for 90 days. You can resubscribe to restore everything.

After 90 days of inactivity post-expiration, StoreStudio reserves the right to delete your data.

StoreStudio may change pricing with 30 days notice to existing subscribers.

6. Transactions Between Buyers & Vendors

StoreStudio is a catalog and discovery platform. We do not process transactions between buyers and vendors.

All orders, payments, deliveries, and disputes are handled directly between the buyer and vendor via WhatsApp, phone, or other contact methods.

StoreStudio is not responsible for product quality, delivery, refunds, or disputes between buyers and vendors.

Vendors are solely responsible for complying with applicable consumer protection laws, GST regulations, and any other legal requirements.

7. Intellectual Property

StoreStudio's brand, logo, design, code, and platform are the intellectual property of StoreStudio.

Vendors retain ownership of their product images, descriptions, and shop content. By uploading content, you grant StoreStudio a non-exclusive license to display it on the platform.

StoreStudio may feature vendor shops on the homepage, marketing materials, or social media for promotional purposes.

8. Limitation of Liability

StoreStudio is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, data accuracy, or specific business outcomes.

StoreStudio is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.

Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid to StoreStudio in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. All your data will be permanently deleted within 30 days.

StoreStudio may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, are inactive for extended periods, or are associated with fraudulent activity.

Upon termination, your shop will be taken offline and your shop URL will become available for others.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kerala, India.
